M9T13EA#ABZ
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

PC model: M9T13EA#ABZ

OS: windows 7 x64

ID HARDWARE: AMDUSB30\ROOT_HUB30&VID_1022&PID_7814&REV_0001&SID_8137103C

I tried to install all the driver from this page:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-255-g4-notebook-pc/7609936/model/7609961?sku=M9T...

but usb 3.0 driver won't install.

Everytime it says "the system does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".

I have done all windows update, but the problem still.

Dunno if it can help but from what i see there is an intel chipset driver though i have an amd cpu.

Thank you

Hi, @BoxInformatica

Download and install the AMD USB 3 driver and restart the PC.

This package provides the AMD USB 3.0 Driver for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system.

If there is an AMD processor, the chipset is also AMD.

The chipset drivers are contained within the graphis driver software.  They only have the USB 2.0 driver.

What you need is the AMD USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller driver software.
