Hi:
Since you didn't post the hardware ID for the PCI device, you are leaving me to take a guess at what driver it needs.
I will guess that it is the Realtek SD card reader that needs a driver.
The HP support site is not working right now, so you can download the SD card reader driver directly from the Realtek site at the link below.
Download, unzip and run the setup application from the first file listed at the link below...

Hi:
I believe that you need this driver for the first device...
Intel Sideband Fabric Device Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp69501-70000/sp69831.exe
Please post the hardware ID's for the devices that need drivers, so I can figure out what drivers they need.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

You're very welcome.
You need these drivers for the remaining two devices...
ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_6007
HP 3D DriveGuard Software
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77501-78000/sp77869.exe
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33D6
Intel Virtual Buttons Driver
