My laptop is a dv6-3328sr 320gb hdd, 3gb DDR3 ram, DAOLX6MB6H1 motherboard(not sure about revision, but probably "REV: H").
1) Original hdd full of bad sectors, i want to replace it with a new one. Will my laptop work with a 1000gb, 7200rpm, 32mb buffer, 70 x 9.5 x 100 HGST hard drive ?
2) Is laptop sata III and sata II backwards compatible ?
3) I'm planning to upgrade the memory, i currently have 2 sticks of SODIMM DDR3 (2 and 1 gb each), can i replace the 1gb stick with a 4, will it work ?

Yes to 1. and 2. A SATA-III hard drive will be backward compatible with a SATA-II or SATA-I system and vice versa. SATA is SATA.
On item 3. that particular model series of laptops is very, very finicky about memory. Has to be DDR3-1333 speed memory but will actually run at DDR3-1066. See p. 2 here:
It can take up to 8 gigs of RAM (2 x 4 gig) and I recommend installing a matched pair of modules. Believe it or not 2 x 2 gigs in dual channel might perform better than 2 + 4 = 6 gigs.
Memory module (DDR3 PC3-10600 1333-MHz)
4096-MB 599092-001
2048-MB 598856-001
Be sure and match the configuration of the memory...if there are 8 black blocks of memory on the side of the module you have, get that same type.
