Bought this laptop yesterday at OfficeMax. Has eMMC drive, which I have never had before.

I generally run Linux on all my computers. None of Debian/Ubuntu/SUSE installers can see the eMMC drive.

It is my strong preference to run LinuxMint on this machine. Would prefer dual boot with Win 10, but would go with Mint if I can and dual boot not possible.

So my questions:

1) Is there a straight forward way to do this?

2) Many of the BIOS' have a screen for enable/disable eMMC drives, mine does not. My Bios: AMI F:20. Do you know if there is a BIOS flash/upgrade with eMMC support? And if so, can I do this without Windows setup being screwed up?

It has 64GB of eMMC, and it is running Windows 10 now. Files Explorer and/or Device Manager should see it.

Yes.  But as I said, Linux Installers do not.
