Product: HP Elite Dragonfly 13.5 inch G3 Notebook PC (4J040AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi, I am usign Dragonfly G3 which has two lightning usb-c ports(I assume those are thunderbot4)
Today, I tried to connect with their thunderbolt3 cable with GIGABYTE AORUS RTX 4090 Gaming Box.
Their software said my laptop does not work with it.
Then I found out there is no thunderbolt from devicemanager and only I can see was USB4.
I believe my laptop has thunderbolt4 and it covers USB4.
I also checked BIOS It was checked thunderbolt modle.
Any suggestion?
Should I do something to activate my thunderbolt ?
