Not uncommon for M.2 slots designed for wireless or wwan to be limited to that function. Egpu on a laptop without a Thunderbolt port is a crapshoot as likely not to work as to work.

it is possible and there is no issue on normal pc to work with that adapter for m.2 just laptop has life issues not the first time when i have hp not wanting to work with something its just this time its harder for me to fix it because there is no tutorials

Yes HP makes no effort to provide instruction on using any eGPU except the one they make, which is a Thunderbolt product. I frankly try to discourage trying to hook an eGPU to an internal M.2 or pcie slot but on some models we know it does work. Its purely trial and error as no way to know in advance.
