Hi  Will I be able to charge the above laptop with a 45w USB PD charger?

Your machine uses 65 W USB-C adapter (non-PFC) – slim part # L04650—850. You need 65W AC adapter. 45W is not enough and machine may not work or will ask you to use a right adapter all the way.
