envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I started using an HP USB mouse .. when I power down the envy, the mouse stays on! (the LED remains on powered by the envy usb port).  Why is power remaining ion at the USB?

Your machine may have one USB port for charging (phone or tablet) when machine is off. What is your Envy ? Please move your mouse to other port.

I have Envy x360 13-ar0062nr

i do find a charging icon above the usb logo on the port I was using. It’s so small I used a magnifying glass to view it.

I guess it is a good feature had I been aware of its use.

I agree with your response and should close the report. Thanks for your prompt reply!
