hello,
i'm looking for some tips, my notebook, randomly turn (without any related reason or warning sign) off and i have the error kernel power 41 63.
some times ago it happened more often and i decided to format the pc and reinstall the sistem and everything was fine for a while. but the problem come back.
the hp diagnosis tool provided with hp assistant doesn't give any error information.
searching on internet i've seen that is a common issue but i can't find anything usefull.

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,
Let's try these steps here:
Disable the automatic restart option to view error messages
Errors might occur but not display with Automatic restart enabled. Disable this option to allow the computer to display error messages instead of restarting.
-
In Windows, search for and open View advanced system settings.
-
Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.
-
Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart, and then click OK.
-
Restart the computer.
The computer no longer restarts automatically when a problem occurs. Instead, a blue screen displays with useful information. You can search for a resolution using the information in the error.
If the issue persists, I would suggest here is to run an extensive system test from F2 and check if the hardware components on your PC are functioning correctly.
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.
5. Click Run once, or Loop until error.
While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component are
shown on the screen.
6. If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) so you have it
available when you contact HP Customer Support. The information is also available in
Test Logs on the main menu.
