That is a reference to an NFC module in your notebook which is for near field communication. It is manufactured by NXP Semiconductors.

If you have a Samsung or other modern Smart phone it has one too.
You should be able to get the driver from Windows update.
I will take a look to see if I can find it for you.
Can you go back nto the Device Manager and open the property window for the device again? This time click on the detail tab and then post the device description. Hopefully it will have the product description. Post it here.
It should be something like the followng: NXP NFC NPC100 Proximity
Try the following softpaqs one at a time. Trying them is safe. It will not damage your OS.

Unfortunately, the information and softpaqs that I provided the links to is about as good as it gets for now.
Why have you not identified the device as I asked?
If you would like assistance, then help me to help you by providing more information on the specific chip.
If you find the error message to be too much of a bother , then you can go into the device manager and disable the device.
You probably don't use it anyway.
I asked for information on the driver availability from our internal HP contacts.
When I get information you will be the first to know.

That was not quite what I asked you to provide.
Lets try a different and more automatic method that will require less effort on your part.
Download the latest version of the HP Image Assistant. It is compatible with your zBook 15. Install and run the tool.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/HPIA.html
Here is a PDF user guide for the HP Image Assistant.
Use the Device Drivers tab in the HP Image Image Assistant so we can see which driver is missing to take care of the error message. Post the missing driver information that is displayed. Save the Results file and post it here in yor thread, if you are able to.

How about downloading installing and using the HP tool that I provided a link to.
See my last post for the link and information.
