hello hp, i recenty purchased an extend on my warrany with hp care pack but on my app it shows that is still expired and i was wondering if i did something wrong or i just have to wait

Sorry to hear that the carepack warranty is not reflecting on the PC May I know where you buy the carepack from? If possible, share the invoice to help you better.
 

Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
