The 5MP camera is the most likely culprit for Windows Hello face recognition not working.
There must also be 64GB free for a complete Windows Hello Face installation.
I see that your laptop also does not have a fingerprint "biometric" sensor.

Having Windows 11 Home installed instead of Windows 11 Pro does not help your case, since accessing Group Policy editor will not be an option available to you.

I believe we are done then.
The specifications incorrectly showed your laptop as having no Biometric sensor.
I see that the drive for the Synaptics Fingerprint sensor is available at the driver download portal for your laptop.
