facing the battery issue on my hp NoteBook RTL8723BENF, the battery no is PABAS0241231. 

if I connect my charger, it automatically starts and stops and is repeated continuously until the battery is full.

please tell me what happened with my battery and suggest to me what should I do now. 

if you suggest that I buy a new battery, please provide me a link where I can buy that battery.

Recommendation and solution

In both cases, you need to replace the battery.
