hello guys, so I bought a new HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec2xxx like 1 month ago and the fans are doing a lot noise as i open any program its so loud it can be compared to a vacuum cleaner so please if anyone knows how to fix it please help me

(3) Set "maximum processor percentage" in Windows to 98%
