i m using Hp pavilion-14 dv0084TX , my laptop temperature is getting high on normal task so i used SPEEDFAN application to check both my fans are working properly or not on that application i noticed speed of
FAN 1- 3000 RPM
FAN 2- 131 RPM constant in between 100-160
Is my Fan 2 not working properly or the speed of FAN -2 is that only ??

Its specs
From there we can see it is around 6years old now. Its product id: 30R07PA . List of parts:

Its fan part # M16664-001 which is N/A at HP now, other fan comes with CPU and system board. You can use part # to order elsewhere. Worse case, the CPU fan is faulty, you may have to replace the whole system board part # M16643-601 (very expensive, buying new machine may ending up cheaper).

Sounds like your machine has TWO fans which are controlled by heat sensors. Under normal conditions, there are 2 areas within your machine and one area is ALWAYS hotter than other area therefor the fan of that area must work harder. In this case fan-1 is working on a hotter area.
Now please using your ears and your hands to work out which area is hotter is the sound of that area to determine which one makes more noise then work out from there.
Hope this makes sense
Regards.

both fans of my laptop are on the right side together this doesn't happens when i used to do normal task now its happening on normal task like seems like fan is on full throttle or else one fan is not working properly i mentioned the speed of fans can you please tell whether the speed of one is low because its not working properly
and on normal task fan is throttling on full speed and i can hear the sound of it is unusual for me because it doesn't happened before now its happening
ON full Throttling fan 2 speed is 131 RPM
Is my fan has any issue ??

They are on the same area that means one of them is faulty which makes other fan works harder. It is much better to replace the faulty fan as soon as possible.
