Product: Example: omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the hp omen 15 ryzen 5 4600h  gtx 1650ti variant. its been almost 2 or 3 weeks and fan just turns on while doing casual tasks and sometimes on idle . It spins continuously for long time and makes loud noise . It is very much irritating.

It's normal to have fan turns on continuously if you have the latest update of windows 10 and bios... But it wont spin fast enough until you hear a loud noise if your laptop isnt too hot..

 

what Performance Control option do you have on Omen Command Center?? If you have "Comfort" and "Balance/Default",, make sure you're not selecting "Comfort" on Performance Control... It tends to cool your laptop aggressively, and will make your fan spin at maximum speed frequently...

I have two options in performance control "Default" and "Comfort" . I am using the "default" mode. Then also fan is making noise.
