Hello,
I have sent my laptop for warranty repaired and when it returned the mouse pad is not working and system does not boot.
I tried to call the number provided on the Customer receipt , but it is the virtual machine and says my warranty expired.
It is very frustrating and I cannot even talk to a real person and I am regret from purchasing this laptop in the high cost.
How can I talk to a real person in customer service and how can I file a complaint?
Please someone advise.
