hey, i have a hp stream 11.6 (11-ah117wm) used and i bought a Crucial 16 GB DDR4-2400 Sodimm for my laptop and i was opening it up but i couldn't find the ram slot, i looked up various videos on YouTube but its not the same laptop, also it doesn't come with a manuel to locate the ram, does anyone know where the ram could be located if you have a similar laptop?

Hi:

 

You can't upgrade the memory in that model.  It is onboard (integrated).  No memory slot.

Here is the link to the service manual where you will see that there is no procedure to remove or replace the memory.
