I dont find the fingerprint scanner in devices. Can i get it? I have HP ENVY 17" touch running the latest widows 10 64 bit.

It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I see from your post that you are having issues related to fingerprint reader not working on your HP Product. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Could you provide me with the exact model of the PC? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...). What is the Operating system installed on the PC

Have you recently made any software or hardware changes on the PC before the issue started?

Have you checked if the fingerprint scanner is supported on your PC? 

 

In the meantime, I would suggest you follow the steps suggested in the support document for - HP Notebook PCs - Troubleshooting a Fingerprint Reader (Windows 😎
