Hola, hace unos dias compré un HP Pavilion Gaming (Ryzen 5 4600H / gtx 1650ti / 8gb Ram ddr4 3200Mhz), y he notado que cada vez que conecto el cargador, la CPU baja su rendimiento hasta un 5% y no sube de 0.39GHz (cuando este sin estar conectado trabaja a mas de 1.5GHz, esto afecta completamente el rendimiento del comptuador para cualquier videojuego, los FPS se reducen abruptamente.


He intentado actualizando Drivers por medio del administrador de dispositivos.
He actualizado todo en Windows Update.
Opciones de energia esta en high performance.
No se que mas puedo hacer.
