Product: OMEN by HP 15-ax250wm Laptop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02609911 describes my issue and recommends me to install ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71811.exe but the file does not exist on your FTP-server
