Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf1000 (8X3Y6AV)

I have a hp omen 16. I have a crazy issue in my laptop since 1 month. Whenever i play games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 5 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) it runs well but whenever i play these games on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for about 15-20 minutes then the laptop freezes and the game closes automatically. I have analysed that the temperature of cpu and gpu is always under 75 degree while gaming, i have updated the latest bios update so many times and i have also run hardware diagnostics a lot of times but nothing happens.

Please help me as soon as possible.

That sounds like a game software issue or a game server issue, considering that the game runs fine on weekdays.

 

Check the game forum and ask others who may be having the same issue.
