genuine hp battery replacement

I want to replace my laptop battery with new genuine one, i couldnt find any compatible battery in hp store , is there any option available to connect with HP support team to change battery ? will they come to our location with new battery and replace old one even out of warranty period   as a paid service ?  kindly guide the procedure as am unable to find a genuine battery reseller?

Your HP Pavilion - 14-ce0001nx (4PJ48EA), according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06248869.pdf, requires this battery with p/n: L11119-855 "Assembly-battery 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT03XL".  Please verify by opening your laptop and check the model of the current battery.  You will have to open it to replace the battery anyway.  If you are not sure how to open up your laptop, please take a look at this helpful YouTube video -only the first part ("battery") is relevant to you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGJrXe0TRlk.

@NonSequitur777 Thank you for the reply, The purchase link is not HP genuine part, How do we get the genuine original HP Battery with part no L11119-855 "Assembly-battery 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT03XL in india , I have connected authorised service centres , but they are encouraging to buy non genuine product,.

So , Can you Please clarify my concern regarding -
1)How do we get genuine HP Battery , any option to buy directly from HP Store any online purchase available in india , i have visited HP store but particular part number is not available to purchase .

2) Whether Authorised service centre cheat us with non genuine product ?

The battery I referenced is indeed not a genuine HP part, but that's all that is available. HP doesn't manufacture, stores, or sells many what they would consider 'legacy' parts.  Incidentally, most non-OEM parts meet or even exceed HP's original specifications, so I wouldn't worry about that.

Again, you cannot purchase the original HP battery in India, or anywhere else in the world, for that matter.

And no, the authorized service center did not cheat you at all.  They are using what is available on the market.
