getting CMOS error 502.
Is there a CMOS cell on other board that needs tobe replaced?
I see the BIOS time is clearing and it starts with 0s

Is the laptop battery dead and needs replacement?
Where can I buy if that needs to be replaced?

Your notebook does not have a CMOS battery.
The main battery also serves as the CMOS battery to maintain the system clock and BIOS settings.
