Welcome to the HP Community.
It is time to replace the battery.
The battery has failed / is failing (error code 601).
The rest of the code meaning is only available to HP (and won't change the results).
| 0LG6WF-9SWAQ8-GXGKHA-C0CS23 | OK | xxxxxxxx | 9/21/21 | 601 | Power | AC Adaptor, Battery, Cache Battery Pack, Charger, Power Cord, Power Supply | Battery 1 |
Part number and replacement procedure is included in your Service manual

Description Spare part number
Battery (3-cell, 41 Whr) L11119-857
Use the Part number to search for a compatible battery at a merchant in your region.
Internal Batteries can be replaced - the procedure is not generally considered difficult.
There are videos to help you understand the process.
NOTE: Ignore the sections explaining how to test the battery - you know the battery is failing...
No HP brand battery? What?
HP Parts Store does not carry "original" battery parts for every system.
Purchase a "compatible" battery when it is time to replace the original.

"Fat" Battery / Bloated Battery / Swollen Battery – Sealed / Internal Battery
- Swollen battery might be hiding OR there might be evidence that the battery has inflated. For example, notebook case is warped, touchpad stops working, “odd” bulging near the keyboard.
- If the battery is in a swollen or bloated condition, the battery must be removed from the computer and replaced. There are no other remedies, tests, or useful options.
