This week I checked the health of my hard drive with HD Sentinel software, and it was written that the health of my hard drive was 70% and continues to decline until now it is 64%, this is strange because a few weeks ago my hard drive health was still 100%, there was no physical damage such as shocks, my product is still under warranty, can I guarantee my hard drive?

The hard drive is covered by the warranty as long as its the original one sold with the laptop. You could also purchase an extended "Care Pack" warranty which would cover the whole laptop including the hard drive for an extra period of time. Have you run the HP hardware diagnostic on the hard drive? HP will replace it under warranty if it shows a failure code from that test during the warranty.
