Product: HP laptop 15-bs1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my hard drive crashed , quick test failed and got the code :PSL728-96AAP4-XD7W2J-60B303

and a product ID : 3DK66EA#ACQ

please help with the next steps from here

HP Recommended

That means the hard drive needs to be replaced.  That also means, that if you do not do periodic backups, that Windows and the other software needs to be reinstalled.
