hard drive not have in my laptop

i buy laptop in  singapore  so my tax invoice copy has been taken by the airport tax department  so my hard drive is not working properly i have 1 TB hard drive in my laptop but now its not showing any partition so i need  duplicate invoice copy 

And mainly i buy from retailer so i request u to give me invoice copy duplicate

You will have to contact where you bought it to get a copy of the invoice --we can not assist in that.

Since you purchased it from a retailer HP will not have the invoice copy since the invoice would be with the retailer you purchased it from

If you wish to contact HP Support in your Region, try these steps

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
