Your machine has Intel® Pentium® Silver N5000 (1.1 GHz base frequency, up to 2.7 GHz burst frequency, 4 MB cache, 4 cores) therefore there is no options to upgrade storage. You can add 256GB on its multi-format SD media card reader and use it to store your data / files.
