As I said above:
you can install an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD with a higher capacity (no limit to capacity) from your preferred brand.
Something like the Samsung 970 Evo Plus would be great
Example

On page 30 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive

You can create a bootable USB drive before replacing the drive with the OS on it and then use it to reinstall Windows on the new SSD.

Hope it helps,

We need to get out terms straight for me to provide you an answer.
There is no such things as an "SSD hard drive"; it is either and SSD,. or an HDD, but not both.
So, we need to know which is the case.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

Hi,
You do not provide the exact product number. (HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Product Name or Number? | HP® Customer Support)
In any case if it is a 240 GB drive it is going to be an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD which you can upgrade to a higher capacity (no limit to capacity) drive from your preferred brand.
