Hi:

 

Yes, you can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC

 

You may want to replace the 4 GB memory chip with an 8 GB memory chip while you're in there...
