Microsoft Windows 11

hello everyone, I'm having huge problems with my hp pavillion x360.

First of all the screen itself is not working as if broken (i'm using another's screen device with the HDMI cable);

then the keybord too looks to have shutten down, in fact the only thing working (even the little light) is the accension button;

the touchpad too doesn't respond;

and cherry on the top, even when plugged in to charge, the battery stays at 0 but charging.

To write this "ask for help" I'm using a wireless mouse and the keybord on the screen.

Please if someone has any idea that could help please share.

P.S. I've already updated both the software and the hardrive.

This clears any residual power and resets the hardware.

  1. Disconnect all peripherals (including your wireless mouse and keyboard).

  2. Hold down the power button for 60 seconds (a full minute).

  3. Release the button.

  4. Plug the power adapter back in (leave peripherals disconnected for now).

  5. Press the power button to turn it on.
