Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

While it supports dual drive configurations, those are done at the factory.

 

Most likely the parts to easily add a 2.5" drive are missing, see chapter 3, page 27.

 

(5) Hard drive bracket L20455-001
(6) Hard drive connector board L20454-001
(7) Hard drive/solid-state drive cable L20456-001

 

If those parts are missing, I doubt that you will be able to find them for sale.

 

It would be much easier to replace the 256 GB M.2 SSD with a larger one (for example, 1 TB) and use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that came with your notebook.

Hi Paul! I went to a service center to install a hard drive and an additional RAM module. They installed memory, but no hard drive. I’m applying a photograph taken by an engineer. It is not clear where to connect the cable.IMG-20200506-WA0000.jpg

Hi:

 

That is my point.  I don't know where you connect a drive because it is missing the board you connect the drive to.

 

It is missing these 3 parts...and I have no idea where they go.

(7) Hard drive/solid-state drive cable L20456-001

Yep....see the little black zif connector at the upper right corner of the battery in the posted picture? The hard drive attaches to a cable which has the female SATA ports attaching to the drive and then a cable that runs over to the zif connector.
