ther's this button 'D' key that doesn't work on my laptop, sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn't work and I ran an HP hardware diagnostic. and I got this

Keyboard test failed, failing keys = d Language: English US Layout: not specified Windows Keys: 1
and I lost my warranty so, when I submitted the failure ID
it showed me this
