Product: HP Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I was using windows 10 and my double touch scrolling and three fingers touch working perfectly but now after shifting to windows 8.1, double touch scrolling is not working neither three fingers.  i have hp notebook, i5-6200U CPU.

any help will be appreciated, thanks
