Hi I would like to upgrade the original hdd (500 gb and 5400 rpm) of my laptop since it crashed. I've read somewhere that choosing a HDD 1 TB 7200 rpm would produce a lot of heat. Is that true? (in the manual it says it supports 7200 rpm, but only of 750 GB indeed)
So could a SSHD 1 TB 5400 rpm be a good choice?
thank you

An SSHD hard disk would not be a good choice. It may not be compatible.
You best choices are a legacy SATA notebook (2.5") hard drives or SATA SSD (2.5') hard disks
A HDD 1 TB 7200 rpm should work without issue, but the preferred type is 5400 rpm hard disk.
