Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook. The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

I think the 12 GB max spec is incorrect. It should be 16 GB (2 x 8 GB).
The Crucial memory site indicates the same...16 GB.

Hi:
Unfortunately, I have no experience with changing from a hard drive to one of those M.2 SSD's.
If it were me, I would just swap out the 2.5" hard drive for a 2.5" SSD.
You can get a nice 500 GB 2.5" SSD for pretty cheap. I just bought this model myself for my Dell OptiPlex 7020 desktop PC...

my laptop is having 1 tb SATA and 8 gb SSD. On upgrading 8 GB SSD to 128 GB ssd. Will it enhance performance of my laptop along with additional 8 gb RAM.Or should i go with ram upgradation only? Another option I am getting to replace my 1 TB SATA with 500 gb SSD.But in that case my 1 TB SATA will be useless. It can only be used as external hard drive.

Hi:
I recommend you start a new post on the subject.
If your notebook has a 8 GB SSD all that does is enhance the performance of the mechanical hard drive.
Increasing it to 128 GB won't do much to help.
And if you want to upgrade to a 2.5" notebook SSD drive, then you would have to remove the 8 GB SSD because I think it would interfere with the operation of the 2.5" SSD.
