So, I attempted to replace the cpu fans myself. I had the screw drivers to open the laptop up. I got the battery disconnected. But this is where I messed up. I didn't have the proper tweezers to disconnect the speaker. So I skipped it and disconnected the fan. Replaced it. Then did the same for the other side. What did I do? Now my computer doesn't start and when I plug in the power cord the LED doesn't light up. Did I fry my board? Please help! Thanks!

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
