im getting this error when i run diagnostic,any idea what is going on

The Code translates as battery 1 which means the main battery. Run the battery diagnostic test from the HP Support Assistant app in Windows or the pre-boot UEFI diagnostic test and report the "advanced" results which give us the age of the battery, number of cycles, health of each cell, etc.
