Product: Hp Pavillion x360 14-dy0607nz

Hi folks, 

i'm trying to get a repacement lcd backcover for my computer. I looked up on hppartsurfer and the part number is 465.0MQ11.0001. But the seller's reference are either M45000-001 or 460.0MQ2J.0001, which don't match any hp partnbr. However, Those sellers say that those are compatible with HP PAVILION X360 14-DY. But on ebay a seller using the same parts numbers warns: "same model number of laptop ,may have different cover ,So please buy the goods according the Fru No,DP/ No or SPS No", which are those two references above.

 

So i'm confused. Are they many different cover shapes for Pavillion X360-DY models or can i buy the part matching the ref above with confidence ?

 

The parts i'm interested in are either this one or this one.
