Processor and graphics for all practical purposes are not upgradeable. It would require replacing the motherboard and the cost of that is about the same as a new laptop. You can increase the memory to 16 gb DDR4-2133 and you can replace the slow mechanical hard drive with a SATA SSD either 2.5 inch or M.2 form factor. You would vastly improve Windows performance but gaming and content creation would not improve much if at all.
