Has anyone received any help from HP regarding BROKEN HINGES???    Mine is 15 months old and the right HINGE broke upon opening it the other morning after normal use.  

 

ANY HELP FROM HP ON THIS COMMON ISSUE?

Your "solution" was a $379.00 charge to fix one hinge that is broken because of shoddy manufacturing and cheap, plastic parts. 

This is terrible customer service since HP KNOWS that they are at fault.  I fully expect my laptop to open and close longer than 15 months.  This is a widely experienced problem.  I will never buy another product from you and will share this on media as much as I can
