Your "solution" was a $379.00 charge to fix one hinge that is broken because of shoddy manufacturing and cheap, plastic parts.
This is terrible customer service since HP KNOWS that they are at fault. I fully expect my laptop to open and close longer than 15 months. This is a widely experienced problem. I will never buy another product from you and will share this on media as much as I can
