My laptop hinge and thread have started to come away and screen is beginning to loosen. How can i send this off for a repair

I see that you are facing hinge issues with your HP ENVY Laptop - 13-Ba0553sa.

 

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
