HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0504sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have had my 13 inch HP envy for 1.5 years. I brought through currys so no manufacturer warranty but I did pay for a year warranty which has now expired. I paid £900 for this and when I closed the lid the other day I heard a metal cracking sound. The hinge is completely broken to the point the lid, screen and hinge has all come apart and a screw of some kind from the hinge has damaged the touchscreen to the point it no longer works. I feel like this is completely unacceptable for what I paid but can't find a single phone number or customer care email to try get in touch with someone from hp who might be able to help me or who I can lodge a complaint with. Does anyone have any ideas?
