I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details.

I cannot see any vertical black line in the picture you attached.
Nevertheless, do a hard reset:

See if it is resolved.
Connect the laptop to another external monitor and see if black line is persisting there too.
Are you seeing this line when you're in BIOS setup after disconnecting from external monitor?

If yes, then it is most often hardware issue -display connectors going in to the board or display itself involved, and you need to get it repaired from HP authorised service centre (may be costly as you're out of warranty, and they may ask you change while display itself most probably) or good local computer repair center.

Yes that indicate it is a hardware issue.
I, like many other Experts here, is not from HP & do not work for HP. So I may not be able to address your request, directed to HP.
What I could do is to escalate your issue to appropriate people in HP. Please wait for a response from moderators regarding your issue, here.

So I would like specialist of HP find out this damaged be long to cable to connect to display panel or display panel damaged its own.
Thank you very much for your concerning and give me advice.
