i have noticed whenever i use my laptop for something 'heavy duty', e.g. gaming, it heats up like crazy. I am aware it's not a gaming laptop though. Can anyone tell me any way I can cool it down? I close all the other tabs so theres nothing running in the background. cpu temperatures are around 80-90 degrees celsius when I have a game open. I have been looking to upgrade my laptop anyway, so upgrading hardware such as ram. it has 8gb ram and I'm planning to upgrade to atleast 16gb if possible, I've used cmd and done 'wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx' Which told me my device can have up to 128gb ram.
If anyone can please tell me what to do to upgrade my laptop for performance in games or to help it cool down, whether it's software or hardware it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks so much about the heating. Now can you tell me if I can upgrade my laptop through specs for better performance? For example, is upgrading the ram possible on this laptop? and if so which type of ram and how much can i put in.
