Hi:
Notebook processors have been soldered to the motherboard for many years now and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.

You would be better off buying a notebook that has support for W11 than to replace the motherboard in yours.
Also, you can bypass the W11 hardware checks and install W11 on your PC as is.
This hardware bypass method is the easiest way to upgrade to W11 when your notebook's processor does not meet the W11 requirements.
