I'm trying to on my keyboard light but it isn't working I've tried the function f2 f5 f12 yet it isn't working and it specifies it comes with a backlight keyboard my product name is pavilion x360 convertible 14-dy0xxx

Does your machine have a fey with backlit symbol banhien_0-1641188133576.jpeg  ? Please use that key to switch ON and OFF
