If your laptop has backlighting capability, once you have booted up and logged into the Windows desktop, press the key that I have pointed out in the image below.
The top row of keys are "Action Keys" that activate special functions.
Unless Action keys are enabled in the BIOS, you may have to hold down the Fn key and then tap the desired keyboard lighting key once for the backlighting to operate.
Not all of the 14-Fc000 model laptops have keyboard backlighting capability.
You only provided the generic model product name and number of your laptop, so I do not know if your specific laptop has that option.
Please do not provide the serial number
