1.как включить подсветку клавиатуры?есть ли вообще какая-либо подсветка?

2.на ноутбуке уже было 11 окон, кто-нибудь еще сталкивался с этим?

Hello @Nastuseshka1987 .
If your notebook has a backlit keyboard, press the F5 or F4 key (on some models) on the keyboard to turn the light on and off. You may need to press the fn (function) key at the same time.
If the backlight icon is not on the F5 key, look for the backlight key on the keyboard in the row of function keys.
